Join the Falcons High Performance Academy – Elevate Your Game!
Take your skills to the next level with the Falcons High Performance Academy, running Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:00–7:30am starting February 2. Led by Junior Skills and Development coach Jerome Rama along with Alex Maxwell, and overseen by our Director of Coaching, Bennie Lewis, this academy is designed for dedicated athletes who want to maximize their potential and deepen their understanding of the Waverley Falcons style of play.
Please note that purchasing 1 ticket payment covers each session for the term.
For this term only, you can purchase a "High Performance Membership" for $240. By purchasing this ticket, you will be covered for the High Performance program for the entire 2026 VJBL Calendar Year. This is a 20% saving on the year. High Performance Memberships end on Monday 2nd February so get in early.
Monday Sessions: Players born 2009-2014
Wednesday Sessions: Players born 2015 -2017
This structured, curriculum-based program is open to all age groups within the Falcons Rep Program and delivers high-intensity, high-impact training sessions focused on advanced skill development and game IQ.
What you’ll gain from each session:
· Master the Waverley offensive and defensive principles
· Learn to run transition lanes effectively
· Understand floor spacing and offensive positioning
· Improve defensive rotations and help-side awareness
· Benefit from 30–40 minutes of targeted skill development each session
